  1. Returns for Food Products
    Perishable Nature: Due to the nature of food products , we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong item.

Reporting Window: Any issues regarding the quality or condition of the product must be reported to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a return or refund.

  1. Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement
    You are eligible for a replacement or a full refund only under the following conditions:

Damaged during Transit: The packaging is torn, leaking, or severely damaged upon arrival.

Incorrect Item: You received a product different from the one you ordered.

Quality Issues: The product is found to be unfit for consumption (e.g., infestation or unusual odor) despite being within its “Best Before” date.

    To initiate a return/refund:

Evidence: Take a clear photograph or video of the damaged or incorrect product.

Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking: The amount usually reflects in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

    Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been handed over to our courier partner (whichever is earlier).

After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse the package at the doorstep, shipping charges and a processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations
    We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Product taste or texture preferences (as agricultural produce can vary naturally by season).

Products that have been partially consumed or improperly stored after delivery.
